Here's a picture of my husband and me, a la David Hockney.
This was taken a few years ago, when we were living in Japan. My (then 7 year old) niece came to visit just in time for cherry blossom season. We lived in one of the best blossom-viewing areas of Japan. It was so beautiful!
We look super silly in this picture!

My husband, James, and I lived in Japan for two years. This is a picture of me after a long hike in the mountains to see the beautiful fall colors. Our apartment was about a 15 minute walk from here.
