Alright. I'm wasting my day off doing this silly Internet meme (found via my sister-in-law's blog):
"The Omnivore's 100" (my answers are below)
I spent about 8 years as a vegetarian until one day, out of the blue, I decided to order prime rib while out to dinner with my now-huband and my mother. Needless to say, their eyes got huge and they watched in wonder as I devoured the whole, bloody thing. I didn't get sick at all and I haven't looked back since.
In Japan, James and I would often find ourselves sitting at the bar of a restaurant as the chef put something strange and gooey down in front of us with a chuckle of "Challengy." For the most part, I'm up to the challenge. Only a few times did I have to whisper the code to James that meant "You have to take this off my plate right now or I'm going to vomit on these nice people's table and shame us."
So I guess that makes me an omnivore.
[This items I've eaten are in bold. Those I'm not sure of are in italics. You're supposed to cross-out the things you'd never even try, but I'd like to believe I'd try anything once...Not sure what something is? This is a perfect example of when Wikipedia helps!]

3. Huevos rancheros
